I took some time out from training and decided on embarking on the base building block, i initially ran it last december and got 6 weeks into it. As prescribed in the conditioning book, i’ll go through base building first.

I am looking at other options besides the traditional body weight or lighter. If i’m going to be running the fighter template for strength day do i do: Fit all round + add muscle + strong + aesthetic. Somehow my base building has never improved my stats like yours and i’ve done base building twice so far.
